The first step to beginning your journey training with me is an initial movement assessment. Through slow-motion video analysis, you will be walked through your movement patterns. This is key for finding your exact starting point. From your movement assessment, we can derive how your form is for squatting, hinging, walking, running, unilateral balance, and much more just from frames of slow-motion video.
After completing the initial movement assessment, you will become familiar with something called GOATA (Greatest of all time actions) and develop an understanding of the GOATA principles. We will then begin a personalized session based upon the findings from your initial movement assessment. For efficiency, you will be given the option to download a regimen app to your mobile device called the GOATA app. It can be downloaded in any app store for most mobile phone users. This app will come at no extra expense for usage, as it will be a useful tool you get that gives you things to work on outside the gym while you aren't working in the gym with me.

Without a strong and healthy foundation, there cannot be a strong and healthy house. The same principles apply to the foot and ankle. Decompressing the system does not just mean the spine; it truly begins at the foot and ankle level.
Learn how to move and how to apply healthy movement concepts to your daily life. Adding these new healthy behaviors and abilities to your repertoire will not only help you, but help others around you.
